We live in a multi-faceted fast moving real-time mobile social world, and we approach our projects and deliverables in the same way. We apply to each project a unique multi-focal lens customized to context. We come prepared for uncertainty (the future is inherently uncertain) and thrive on solving complex problems. We will deliver project elements as living community artifacts created collectively, that encourage insight, innovation and change.

We know this requires exceptionally insightful research, great stories, and the ability to tell them in new and thought-provoking ways.

We cut our teeth on scenarios, trend analysis, segmentation and get down and dirty with ethnography, focus groups and interviews. We constantly experiment and want to push the boundaries with emerging social tools (blogs, wikis, SMS, RSS, social networks, beta communities), with clients when and as appropriate.

Conversations lead to better questions which in turn accelerates learning. We work with companies using our research and strategic insight to put them at the forefront of what’s next. We actively encourage disruptive innovation and nurture an agile learning environment to help build relationships for organizational change.

We find that the most important changes often come from within. The energy and investment in a project and the outcome value grows exponentially when “discovery” is shared. We facilitate change through workshops, learning journeys, interviews, questionnaires, storytelling, articles, media, remarkable people, speakers etc. Depending on the organization and your needs, this runs from structured to openspace. Our favorite is a bootcamp.
